Management Team

Steven Schwartz – principal. Steven Schwartz, founder of PowerWebResults, has been maximizing the internet’s potential for over fourteen years.

Prior to PowerWebResults, Steven was a key manager at Sybase, a leading enterprise software company with a billion dollars in revenue. Mr. Schwartz helped lead the transformation of Sybase.com from a static hand-coded website into a personalized, dynamic one that communicated corporate branding and messaging. He managed a team of web designers, technologists and content contributors-often acting as a liaison between the business and technical teams.

Mr. Schwartz was also director of internet marketing at Cohera, a sought-after catalog management software company. Prior to its purchase by PeopleSoft in 2001, Steven reengineered the company’s messaging, lead generation and website.

Since launching PowerWebResults, Mr. Schwartz has been dedicated to helping businesses learn how to elevate their presence on the web, and improve lead generation. Steven earned a bachelors of arts in urban geography from Clark University.

Gail Agronick, Ph.D. – principal. Gail Agronick joined PowerWebResults as a principal in 2008. She is a seasoned project manager with extensive experience in research.

Prior to marketing consulting, Dr. Agronick developed, implemented, and evaluated public health interventions. Her work included creating engaging multimedia learning modules and launching innovative social marketing campaigns. Gail has published and presented research findings in multiple settings, including at the United Nations.

Dr. Agronick spearheads PowerWebResults’ research and business development activities. Gail has used empirical data to help analyze diverse problems and enable better business decisions for twenty years. Her work includes web metrics, SEO campaigns, strategic marketing and communications.

Before joining PowerWebResults, Dr. Agronick was a project director and lead investigator at the Education Development Center, Inc. She earned a doctorate in social-personality psychology from U.C. Berkeley, and a bachelors of arts in psychology from Wesleyan University.
